  Bought a kitten for my grandpa from Lisa and her husband. They provided no papers of course and stated their stuff was done at the vet already. My grandpa is 87 and just lost his wife of 67 years. The kitten got sick and needed surgery the vet asked him some questions so he called Lisa to verify some things about the cat before the surgery. She told him not to call , that if she had done more on the cat she would've charged him a hell of a lot more, used profound language and was extremely rude. Do not buy from them.
